Looks like a Palisades Trail... one below Bear Valley, Alivio group if I remember.

I started on a 94 one of these... had it two weeks and returned it to the shop under warranty as the paint was falling off it! Dug deep and got an IFT instead...

Any friendly faces in Norwich want to collect it for me and post it up!
