Looks like a team issue, with the cable guides on the head tube.
Just going to check the gallery.
Yup pretty sure it is a Team issue (one model above the team) I think it is the only model that has the cable route points on the headtube.
£199 BIN is a bargain especially with the odd bit of bling on it.
EDIT: Actually I am off out to Oxford tomorrow, its only a wee bit further to Swindon.... Cheeky offer on the way to him

Team Marin also has the guides on the headtube, although the decals are black on this, so that could well be a Team Issue
