They are in used condition but require elastomers and brake studs. All the rest is there.

1 1/8 threaded steerer.

Some marks all over , and some grazes to lower stanctions right at the bottom.

Elastomers are around £30 from John but pointless me fitting any as the buyer can choose their own weight.
