Low profile chain ring bolts

I have the option of running a 5-bolt ring with 4 bolts or sourcing an extremely low profile bolt (just the outside facing part would be ideal)

Colour unimportant since it is completely unseen, would like it to screw into the regular back part though.

Any ideas?

Also found some spare granny ring bolts, they have a much lower profile head than the ano ones so I'm going to try those too . .
