Looking for steel mtb with at least 21 inch frame

Dirt Disciple
Hi peeps, I want to convert an old school mtb into a tourer for a long distance tour of Asia. I would consider just a frame but would prefer it if it comes equipped with decent quality components, I'm thinking DX or above. I'm pretty tall so needs to be at least 21 inches frame- even bigger if poss. From what I've read the late 80's and early 90's frames are the best ones to go for as the geometry is more laid back with longer chain stays and more suited to a touring conversion.

Any offers or suggestions where to look would be much appreciated, cheers, Will

Have a 92 GT Bravado in 22" c-c red, with Judy XC that has a monster long steer tube.
Flip Flop stem and u-brake included. Very clean, not abused.

22" '91 Fusion 0130?

Full Tange Bilateral Double Butted Frame, Suntour XCE Group inc hubs, Not as high as DX more middling Shimano standard (Exage 400LX I'd say) but reliable and hard wearing with lots of life left. It's a fantastic riding bike with some nice design features, such as 1 1/4" headset and oval tubing making it very stiff up front, yet complient in the rear  ... and of course the obligatory rack mounts for touring.

Will post and not looking for a lot so would leaving some pennies in the pot for some nicities if you wanted to treat it.

PM if interested.
