Dunno. Frame isn't UK made. Steel forks. Did they say it was a Clockwork prototype? The steel Clockwork had been discontinued a few years prior with a chro-mo limited edition in 2007 before being relaunched as an aluminium model in 2013. Nowt like yours though.

The frame is Aluminium

I have had a word with my colleague and we do indeed believe it’s a Sample Clockwork frame. Based on the frame number and the frame itself.

It is from 2003 and originally sold to Stif Cycles.

Those are forks from and older Orange P7 or Clockwork, 'KSM' in the frame number possibly refers to a Chinese frame manufacturer

It is very hard to believe Orange were planning to release a bike so 'out of date

Even this catalog pic has an Aheadset!

Stif certainly sold Orange back then but I imagine it's an Evo 2 or something like that built with parts someone had laying around.
