Looking for a 531st or 531c size 54 frame

Hello, im looking for a 531st or 531c frame preferably with adequate tyre clearance for mud guards and in as good of a condition as possible.

Are you sure you want a 54" frame, or perhaps you made a typo and are looking for a 54cm frame?
