Looking for a 10 speed 26'' Rear wheel if anyone has anything knocking around?

Not sure if this helps but I’m 99% sure the Shimano Rear Freehub fits all sizes of cassette, the 19 speed just has the cogs closet. So a 7 speed would do you as well (obviously you’d need a 10 speed cassette).

Nearly. You won't get an 8, 9 or 10 speed cassette on a 7 speed freehub: the 7 speed freehub is a little too short. However, 8, 9, and 10 will all fit on the same hub, so a wheel with an 8 speed freehub is fine.

...and you can fit an 8spd freehub to a 7spd hub with some re-dishing and spacer shifting on the axle
