Look Kg 196 Headset/ Integrated fork

I have a LOOK KG 196 that I had recently built. However the steering is incredibly stiff. It takes quite a bit of effort just to move the handlebars from left to right. Is there anyway this can be adjusted to free it up. I can't find a manual for the KG 196 online. If anyone has a user manual or even just advice or information, it would be be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Also, not too much abuse about building it with 105!

Sounds like the headset is too tight. Have a look at the Park Tools website for instructions on correct adjustment.

There's nothing wrong with 105. Riding in the dark most of the snobs couldn't tell it fron Dura-Ace. Plenty of second-tier pro teams in Europe have riders on 105. It works. Well.

Thanks. I'll try the park tools website. I might upgrade/change to a second hand dura ace 9000 groupset in the near future mostly because I think it will look better!
