lovely lightweight Ladies Touring Bike.
It is a very light steel frame. It looks like a very early Thorn but I can't guarantee that. Lightweight steel and very well made imho.
Frame measures:
Seat Post 19 inches measured centre of bottom bracket to top of seat post.
Virtual top tube is 21 inches.
Head tube is 4 inches.
Has:
Mavic 700c wheels and hubs.
TA Specialities Double touring chainset.
Specialized Armadillo 700 x 28c tyres.
Brooks B17 saddle.
Campagnolo Nuovo Record rear mech.
Not sure about the front but looks like an early touring one.
(Can also come with a more modern gel touring saddle if preferred).
6 speed x 2 = 12 speed.
A lovely little bike that is surprisingly nimble and easy to ride.
Will also come with the front and rear racks.
