Are they Cro mo?

By the size of the welds and the brake posts i'd say they were Ally ones!

The steerer is cr-mo. the legs look like cr-mo too. Here are side profile pictures

are they magnetic? sure look alloy..

I guess you could tell by looking down the steerer tube at the thickness of the wall.

Deffo aluminium. You can even see where the cr-mo steerer is bonded in. Orange alu forks is my guess.
