LH shifter parts for 1992 marin 'Bear Valley'

The previous owner of my bike removed the LH brake lever (to use the cable on his garage door!) I have the lever, but not much else.
I'm after the whole LH lever/shifter (does not have to work) or the brake cable barrel adjuster, and lever mounting screws & fixings

there are no numbers on the lever, just 'shimano integrated' and most of the kit is LX 400
