Lawwill Leader forks

I've been after a pair of early Lawwill Leader forks for a while and a pair have come up on eBay but does anybody know if it's possible to change the steerer on them.

I ideally want a 1" but it has a 1 1/8" at present?

It is but not easily. I had mine replaced as the one it had was too short. As far as I know it was pressed out and a new one pressed in. Contact mikee on here as he did mine and should be able to shed more light on what he did.

I have a nice leader fork for sale... Just posted today. Have a look in the sales department.

Mine is with 1-1/8" ... Is pressfitted in the Crown (see the Pictures). So a press fit job to take it out and reverse....
