Wanting to buy a par of hubs, I point out no international postage, he comes back today with he has a UK addy I could sent it to.

The feedback tells the truth.
Added to my blocked buyer, i suggest everyone do likewise.

On a social note, poverty is horrific situation to be in.

Looks legit. They have many feedbacks and bought some bike parts more than a year ago.

Sure theres the feedback, and the ratings of those sellers is very high, 30,000, 40,000 and many others well into the thousands, that we can probably say are business sellers.
Buy something from a business and the chances are you get top feedback left simply for paying. Thats before they even send it. I do the same myself because from the sellers point f view you have to leave a positive. but 3 strikes in 48 feedback over 6 years :?

The last feedback - "Didn’t pay, eBay steppes in and non paying strike given"
And we have "Terrible communication and time waster. No payment " and " Did not complete order"

Ah, didn't read the more recent one's. I hope ebay's newer strategies with regards to vintage/second hand items, eventually changes (from what I've read, they want to seperate vintage/new). It's particularly time wasting having non paying buyers, and worse, long distance thieves. Luckily bike related items attract a better buyer from my experience. Comparing, mobiles, gold, video games etc.
I did like the aspect of leaving negative feedback to buyers, however, this also enabled bad sellers to blackmail buyers from returning defect goods etc.

It's interesting to note that bike-related items seem to attract more reliable buyers compared to other categories like mobiles, gold, or video games. Each category can have its own unique challenges, and it's important to be cautious when engaging in online transactions.
