kuwahara imposter or not?

A mate of mine has seen this for sale, but he's unsure if it's genuine.

I thought I'd ask the experts before he hands over any cash.

Any advice / opinions welcome.

Sadly looking at its lack of gusset and different rear drop outs and fork dropouts i would say not However I could be wrong, looking at the vast range of Kuwaharas on the BMX Museum web forum its doesnt even look similar to the non gusseted models they did (Which wasnt many) Can he get hold of the serial/frame number? that may help narrow it down.
