This is a top of the range Kore Elite stem from 1997. 140mm, with what looks like 10 degree rise.
Used for a couple of years on the tandem then replaced with something shorted. My retrobikes either need quill stems, or something around the 110 mark so I've no use for it. It's certainly sat unused since 1999.
