Kona seat post cable stop thingy

Someone must have a spare lying around ... :shock:

I want to convert to V-brakes on my work horse so that I can stop quicker when the cars attack me :evil:

Got one. It's not Kona, but was used on one, it goes on the top tube not seat post though.
