I don't see any gusseting, so it appears to be a Hei Hei with King Kahuna decals. Either way it's worth a look:

And a factory disc mount, too. Wish mine had one.
I heard Ti Sports stopped doing disc mounts for customers.

I would have to agree. I'm looking at my 2000 KK and the gusseting is pretty obvious. A Hei Hei it is.
