Kona Impact Headset 1 1/8th or Headset lock thingy?

As the title really, looking for a lockable headset 1 1/8th like the Kona Impact or one of those lockable replacement top nut things - would prefer the latter really, I have a 1" one on one bike but to be honest don't know if they were made in 1 1/8th? Like this one:

I've got a bit of an errant headset on a bike that's bugging me, just can't seem to get it right, just as I nip it up it goes too tight, leave it bit loose and it seems to be a bit loose when I nip it up, so I want the convienience of getting it right and locking in place! Grrrr!
