£260 for an 853 Hot frame, XTR/217 wheels, XTR/XT drivetrain and MachineTech levers, all said to be in very good condition. Surely he could get more than that for it on eBay, even in the US?

I missed this when it was $300.
When it came back up 2 weeks later for $400 I jumped on it.
Ended up paying $340.
Turns out to be a 93-94 TET Hot. Not a 853 frame. So much the better.
