Well it a Kona, Cinderone apparantly but I cannot verify. I bought it of here with a stuck seatpost. To remove the seatpost a welding torh was need and it dribbled out. Some of the post remains but I had a 410mm post in and I still could get the seat at the perfet height for me (34" inside leg).
The frame was spraypainted over the original orange colour whih itself is a repaint. The bike was enjoyed till it fullest extent for 2 year until I wore the rims out. I have dismantled it as I have 2 other MTB's and wanted more road bikes.
The frame does not seem to be affected by the heat applied but there is a small dent in the top tube. It would benefit from a proper paint job. All threads fine (now). The rear mech hanger bolt thread did strip but I have run my thread destroyer/tap through it and a larger thread has been cut. A repair bush is now fitted so a standard mech bolt now screws in securely.
Frame is 18" - Forks possibly sold.
£30 plus postage.
