Kona Cinercone info/price

Hi!

Picked this up on Facebook marketplace of an old boy a fair while ago, unsure of the year & price and unsure what to do with it to be honest. had it lying around for ages and have too many bikes, so may have to go.

Can anyone shed any light on the year and what it would be worth?

Nobody really seems interested in Alu frames, rightly or wrongly. They ride nicely (I have an almost identical Kaboom), but lack the character of the earlier steel frames.
Probably £50-100. The sole unique point in those bikes was the glow-in-the-dark decals.

The value lies in its character, it will be a fun bike. Build it up and ride it, and enjoy it, or sell it to someone as a rider, cheap and cheerful. You could start some youth down the dark path of retro(ish) biking

Here's what I did with mine
