Looks fair for a frame that's been prepped and ready to build up, especially when it's the only one of the specific type that you want in the exact size that you need that can be found for sale.

Yeah, that would have been better for sure. Try contacting the seller of the polished one and making an offer.

Oh that's a cracker! Very original. But sadly I think too small for me? Looks like a 16" frame?

Just measured, yes you’re right it’s 16”.
Doesn’t look like a cracker to me - unless you’re referring to the cracked front fork!
