Koga miyata GentsRacer, what year???

I searced the google about this bike and didn't find nothing.
What would be the year of manufacturing of this bike and if I would like to sell how much can I get.

Bike is located in the basement and nobody drove him for more then 5 years.

On the Koga website you will find all catalogues from 1976 on. That is a nice and sure helpfull service Koga took the initiative to about 3 years ago. Your GentsRacer is for sure covered in it. I spot several non original parts on it, but you probably already knew that.
