Klein Quantum Race, Year of build?

Hi all,

I am new on this forum, the reason is picked up this Klein Quantum Race I am planning to give some new components.

I suspect that this bike is a 2000 or 2001 model. Is anyone on this forum able to tell me if that is correct? And where do I find more details? Is there a database that can help me find out?

The paper that came with it mentions:

Model: 4432100
Code: 41431200200
S/N: CH0025133

I will be selling the groupset (Full 3x9 Ultegra 5600 I believe) and replacing it with a R7000 11 speed shimano groupset. Anyone interested in the old one is welcome to contact me.

Will change out wheels, saddel+post, steer etc as well. All a bit on a budget so likely young used parts..

@tintin40, Thanks, just for clarity? Do you mean year 2000? Or could it be 2001? I am still puzzeled a bit.

In the meantime I replaced everything except frame, fork and headset. All on a budget, all but groupset and tyres is seconhand.
Planning to make some decent pictures soon and make some other changes as well.

I would love to use the Cannondale Hollowgram SISL cranckset I have lying around on this one. That cranckset requires bb30 bottom bracket. Would anyone happen to know if a bb30 screw in BB is available that would fit this frame? I would also consider replacing the headset for something nicer.

Currently the bike (a size 56) comes in at 8kg. Changing out the 105 for a Hollowgram would mean dropping 170 grams and much better looks imo.
