This is not original, right?
Looks like colours are wrong and the fork is not the boxy one,...

looks original to me. what's wrong with the colors? the box crown forks were only used in 1990 and early 1991 and the recalled/replaced with the unicrown forks due to cracking problems...

I've seen a few of this color with the uniklein and even a few such unikleins for sale. You can't go forward in time but you could get a paint job from a previous year.

If you're only 20 miles away, just hitchhike and ride home (I hitched all over the place when I was living there and didn't have a car).

3 of those on wundel.com (the "1992" ones).

one like that just sold for $2000 but with nicer parts. UK auctions seem to fetch less and they can be had for less with some luck (marktplaats, craigslist etc.)
