The "best offer" button means that a cunning ebay head can still get it at a good price that does not leave me out of pocket once fees etc are taken into account. If anybody is suitably enamoured to pay full whack then I will be taking my dear missus and kids out for tea and lots of cake......I am not hedging my bets on it though!

I have the correct bottom bracket axle (brand new) winging its way to me now by the way, If bought on here it will add about £30 to the price though as the retrobike £999 is my cost and leaves me with just enough change to buy myself a jammy doughnut or two.
