people often give out numbers on here mate no one will be trying to do a klein clone your numbers are safe

Perhaps just the first four which indicate Month and Year of frame manufacture, i.e. 0493 = April 1993.

This is a 21“/L frame. Easy to see. 1993 was the only year, MC1-Kleins were available in 21“.
