yes, one of the very few 21" MC1 frames. in the catalogs that size is only listed for the MC2 frames from 1994 on but a few MC1 Attitudes were built in that size too in 1994. closes the gap between the 20 and 22 as for some the 20" was too small and the 22 too large. nice one, gotta love moonrise...
