I can't help noticing that the picture of another 1996 Kilauea, not the one for sale, that he says he googled is one that I personally cropped just to show the frame, because I thought it showed the colour quite well. I suppose I must have posted it on here for some odd reason, so now Google finds it. How sad is that?

Haha well that's what I thought! Just spoke to the lad and apparently his inbox is bursting with offers for the bike so I think its going to dissapear before I get a look in! Ah well hope its someone on here who gets it

Neither of the pictures comes anywhere near corresponding to the description in the listing. e.g., canti brakes in picture, Avid Arch-Rivals in description. The picture shows the original Curve rings, the description says all three have been changed (I know Curve rings didn't last long, but all three needing to be changed on a bike that has done <1,000 miles?) Nor do the wheels look like Crossrides, the post isn't an EA70, etc.

I don't see how anybody can value the bike without knowing for sure what is for sale.
