Kevin's (gibbon_rider) Ozone C02 built by me! :)

Kevin entrusted me to restore and build his Ozone C02 (previously Bigfoot iirc).

The frame was refinished by polishing then clear anodising, with new decals and riv-nuts (as the anodising ate the originals)











As it was, few scratches and scrapes and decals a bit tatty...

After re-finsihing...

Drop-outs loc-tited back in...

BB Threads...

New riv-nuts fitted...

A few parts fitted...

Front mech...

Cantis stripped down, cleaned, restored...

Fitted...

Finished...

Blue sits well with the polished frame, and a nice choice if parts too. I would add that to my collection any day.
