Yeah but he looks like a hell-raiser- its the quiet ones you have to watch out for. Steve Coogan comes to mind. And though not a quiet one Elton would've given Tony Montana a run for his money at his peak!

The thing is, no matter how talented Elton is, or funny Coogan, they are hardly aspirational characters. They really are not cool. What they put up their noses or do with dwarves is not going to change that.

Richard Harris sitting reading the Financial Times over devilled eggs in Wetherspoons was 1000% cooler than Coogan snorting cocaine with the LA rock royalty backstage after enjoying Love's Hole.

Ha yes I am definitely anti cool! Not am Elton fan BTW. But absolutely love some of Coogan's stuff- The Trip especially.
