-2 and half sets of GripShift (3x7)
-mechs: rear Deore (99, miss jockeys and spring)

-Rear Sachs Plasma hub (sealed bearing) -> GONE
-Dura-Ace seatpost clamp, same as XTR -> GONE
-Magura HS11: complete front brake + a pair of master cylinders (that's the model with the plastic levers) -> GONE
-RaceFace Deus XC crank with a little play... -> GONE
-A pair of Sram 7.0 hubs (ball bearings) -> GONE
-rear LX (99, working), STX (rear: miss jockeys and spring, front: miss the screw), rear Sram 4.0 -> GONE
-Hope tools for brake calipers, various models -> GONE
