I've a 24" Kona Hula that if you can collect from Hayfield, Derbyshire (SK22) you can have.
It's It has some wear on the downtube due to wear from a bike carrier (so I was told). Other than that, it has the usual scuffs and scrapes you'd expect from a kids bike, although generally good all round condition. I bought it cheap off ebay but picked up an even cheaper Gary Fisher in pretty much mint condition so don't need both.
It's a full bike with front suspension, brakes/gears probably need a bit of tinkering.
