Karma Damaged S works M2 Frame

Before we start this frame is in very bad state, I bought it as a runner but closer investigations found a bodged repair to the drive side chain stay and rear hanger repair (or rather bodge). It is a 1993' S works M2 frame in 19". Has been repainted and touched up over the years, pictures of the poor areas are below, I have a spare hanger that could be used, so if someone feels they can do something with it then just pay the postage and its yours, I have another 93' anyway and just cant bring myself to bin this

I'd rather it got ridden to be honest (lightly and at owners risk!) Is it incorrect to give it to Passiflora even though Explosif27 was technically in there first??
