Well, after 5 years loyal service
60 hours a week, 6 days a week, never getting weekends off.
I resigned from my job selling cars for a MAJOR player in the motor trade.
I have had 3 weeks off and not really been looking for a job as i was enjoying time off , dicking around with bikes and generally been enjoying being "unemployed"
In june I applied for a position in sales with a BMW franchise place, quite fancied a wee step up from selling usual used thingummyjiggs.
After 4 interviews in 2 months with them and a psych test, they just called thisafternoon to offer me the job
Been honestly $hitting it this past few weeks, if I had never gotten it I would have been pretty screwed!
But the gamble paid off
Less hours, 1 weekend off on 4, which is 1 more than I was getting
Beemer company car
OH AND I DONT NEED TO WEAR A TIE IN THIS PLACE
Just wanted to share my good news .
(and just opened the champers thats been in the fridge for a year!!)
Cheers
Gc
