Decent external condition, but seized. Hence spares or repair.

Is the steerer tube Alu ? (as per SL setup?)

From the pictures it doesn't look like a shiny Alu SL one ?

Woh, before we go any further, I want to see the M2 JMC Replica!

crown looks like alu but steerer has surface corrosion on it - so can't be. Legs are definitely SLs though.
