Road parts of varying vintage
SOLD (stp) -- himano Dura Ace 7700 STI 9 speed / triple (should work with double too)
Generally very good condition, though do have some signs of the Shimano anodising worm trails on the upshift paddles. A few minor scuffs to the sides, but nothing untoward. Fully functional – these were on one of the tandems for some years but the upgrade to Campag Chorus sidelined them a couple of years ago.

Shimano Ultegra R770 front mech (double) 31.8mm band on
Again, this was on the bike I bought used but was a bit too scuffed up for my taste – it’s only aesthetics, rather than function that’s at issue with the mech. Evident wear to anodising on arms, quite heavy wear to cage outer and inner plates.

Sold -- Shimano 105 front mech triple braze on (FD-5504)
Was on my Condor Fratello until I switched the shifters to Campag, which don’t have strong enough springs to cope with Shimano road mechs. Generally clean and tidy condition.

FSA chainrings -- 50/34t (10 speed) compact double - 110 BCD
These came on a chainset I bought recently, but I have put Q rings on that, and have plenty of unused compact chainrings if I go back to round. The outer looks more worn than the inner but likely has a fair few miles left in it yet. The inner looks a lot less used. Some marking to polished finish on outer ring in places, and shifting wear evident on inside of the big ring.

Shimano 105 chainset (1055 series) – double, 170mm, 42/52. Teeth are in very good shape on the rings. Some scuff marks to crank arms from shoes, with wear to the painted finish on the outer sides. Inner sides are generally in good shape.
Comes with Shimano 68mm BSA bottom bracket – traditional fitting with fixed cup and adjustable cup. Races and bearing surfaces look in good shape.
£25 + £3.80 postage
Shimano 105 brake levers (1055 series) – very worn, both to the hoods and scratches and wear to levers. Did have some offs on these. Still work, but not pretty.
£3 + £2.80 postage
I did have a whole load of Shimano 1055 components which were on a Paul Milnes-badged bike I bought around 1992. Only the last couple of parts above are left. Photos for all the 105 parts above are here: https://flic.kr/s/aHsk5xAE5d
Dia Compe brake levers – hoods have gone a bit flappy but fairly clean levers.

Isaac carbon forks 1” (steel steerer)
Approx 29cm of steerer. Star nut installed. Some evident marking from wear to steerer and underside from mudguards. Some minor marking to outer sides and on dropouts from wheel QRs. Unfortunately, some further paint loss under the crown from my new crown race remover tool – somewhat annoying. Lovely forks but I have another NOS set of Ritchey 1” forks if I ever feel the need to replace existing ones, so these are extraneous for me.

MKS Royal Nuevo track pedals
Some marking to cage and base of left pedal, especially, from use, but good condition. Super smooth bearings and ideal for Eroica’ing. Just add toe clips and straps. A hipster / fixie classic.

Not strictly road parts: Ritchey WCS short bar ends - very good condition, probably on the triple for one ride, at most (proved too short for the stokers).

Now SOLD
SOLD -- Wheels: Mavic T217 700c rims on Shimano 105 7 speed hubs (126mm OLN rear). 36h, DT stainless spokes.
Rims are worn from several years of winter braking wear but the wheels are pretty true and the bearings are reasonable. Have been hung in the garage for the last five years or so (if not longer, thinking about it).
£30 (collection preferable, but could be posted if I can find another wheelbox – the last one cost £16.40 to send). I can do a bundle with the cassette (and other 105 bits too, if required).

SOLD -- Shimano HG50 7 speed cassette 13-23. Looks to have relatively little wear to the teeth and is in good shape (not a 1992 original).
£5 + £2.80 postage
SOLD -- Shimano 105 rear mech short cage. Evident wear and tear / scratches to finish, but jockey wheels are in good shape. Barrel adjuster requires replacement as it has a cable end stuck in it.
£5 + £2.80 postage
SOLD -- Shimano 105 7 speed indexed gear levers – for braze-on downtube fitting. Scratches to painted finish and crack on the cover for the rear shifter (though this is cosmetic only).
£5 + £1.48 postage
SOLD -- Shimano 105 brake callipers – front and rear (no shoes). Allen key fitting. Again, evident wear and tear and scratches to painted finish, but functional.
£10 + £2.80 postage
sold -- Ergon GP1 cork grips – limited wear but the cork is somewhat discoloured from use.
£13 + £2.80 postage
sold -- Ergon GP1 grips – quite worn as far as texture to grip is concerned but still plenty of life.
£10 + £2.80 postage
SOLD -- Shimano Dura Ace 7400 8 speed downtube shifters (7402)
Very clean. I bought these attached to a tri-bar bridge (several bikes ago) and the previous owner seems to have reversed the internals so effectively the levers are set up upside down for normal use. I haven’t ever needed to fit them, so I never got around to taking them to bits to sort this out.

Sold -- Shimano Ultegra 6700 rear mech 10sp (short cage)
This is rather scuffed up, but is fully functional. It was on a bike I bought used and I needed a longer cage rear mech, so it came off. Not pretty, but works fine.

SOLD -- Shimano Ultegra SL 6600 10 speed STI lever (triple - will work with double too) –left hand lever only.
Pretty much as new (very minor marking but unused, as far as I know).
