Came across this on a facebook page today. Someone im not friends with. Have bought bikes of dawid in the past and seemed like an ok bloke. Anybody like to defend either party on the matter. Just bringing in to the light, im not pro or anti this guy. just quoting, thats all

"The owner of retrobike and the retrobike user retrofit have conspired to thieve a mtb from Dawid ditibikes in poland,all posts in retrofits feedback were deleted by the owner @john ,and dawid was banned from the forum after complaining about being ripped off by alex sander,aka retrofit,also alex sander has stolen several hundred pounds worth of items belonging to my girlfriend,beware about dealing with these people or on this site,if you have a problem then j will remove your posts asking for help and will ban you to save face for his site,
I have had some of these made,if anyone wants one email me,spread the word !!"

Ah, this again. All getting quite libelous now. Interesting you chose to post this as your sixth post, perhaps you can PM me as to where you found it.

To lay the facts out
-This is the work of Scott Walden aka Scott de Walden aka Marin Man. He was banned from retrobike quite a while ago now, check the ban list if you care to find out why.
-The deal between Walden and retrofit took place outside retrobike. Clearly it is nothing to do with retrobike.
-The deal between Dawid Ditbicyles and Retrofit took place on retrobike, however we can clearly accept no liability for any deals although we try to help and mediate where we can (as we did at great length in this case). It is well documented elsewhere but Ditbicycles (a trader) send a cycle to retrofit. It arrived in a condition the recipient was unhappy with. Following a paypal dispute he was refunded. Rather than take the matter up with paypal Ditbicycles brought it up on here. Again. And again. And again. And a few more times. This spamming along with a number of threatening PMs sealed his ban.

So there we are. Record straight. Going to lock this, myself and the mods have better things to do this evening.
