I'm sure it will come up again at some point in the future. Some guy attempts selling high ticket bike from already ended auctions, but asks no one to bid, rather to send payment directly to his other email/paypal, yadayada.

He's hoping someone sees it as just an attempt to circumvent ebay fees, but have his bike out there for all to see. One problem: those in the know, know those aren't his bikes, thus it's a failed scam...I hope.

he has 1,566 negative feedbacks. As stated, ebay cares little about bad sellers. They will take care of the defrauded, most of the time, but in the end if the seller is bringing in money, are they going to ban him? I've not seen it.

If the seller begins t cost ebay more money in fraud than sales, then, perhaps, ebay will ban him.

very elaborate scam indeed.
