Is this Ritchey NiTi?

Hi, I already purchased this frame, but would like to hear opinion from someone more experienced with Ritchey frames. Seller says it is NiTi and it is repainted black and was built with m900 derailleurs raceface turbine lp, syncros ti post, magura race line...
So, is this a NiTi or Ritchey at all?

Looks legit, identical to P20 in key areas.
Sad that it was painted though. Any way to strip it?

Can't say about stripping paint, I don't have a frame in my hands yet.

why on earth would anybody repaint a P20 to mat black, it's beyond me.

The cable guiding is different from a 1999 or 2000- 2001 niti or P20. Take a photo of the serial number and perhaps someone can help you to identifiy the model.

It's all wrong with the extra collar round the top of the seat tube. That kind of detail I associate with the late 80s to early 90s.

Seems quite similar to my P20 and I would assmume the Niti has elements of the same.

How is the collar not there on the P20?
How are the cable guides different? (ed: true, no bottom tube cabling, all top tube)

(road bike but the same on Toyo 1998 P20s and Plexus)

All top tube cabling could indicate a later model (1999+) rather than earlier.

Mind though, Toyo did make frames which were sold under other brands, with elements similar to the Ritcheys.
