Looks nice. Not a DBR as they never built them with a 1" headtube or monostay.

Anyone got a clue what it is?

I'm pretty ignorant on ti frames, and would be happily proved wrong, but judging the whole of the advert, I'd say it's brand new attempt at someone practising building a retro frame.

& aren't there some new carbon MTB frames with 1" headsets available from the far east on the bay?

Shows the rise of retro as a marketing bonanza.

Looks like a raleigh torus to me

nah torus dont have a chainstay bridge

There is a hole on the left chainstay weld, and undercut at the downtube/BB shell weld. Definately substandard.
