Inbred 853 Alfine 11

Finally cobbled it together today, raided the parts bin but its pretty close to how it'll end up.
Running 32/20, may take it up to 32/22, interesting to see how the hub will hold up. Ive heard good things so far about them handling the torque.

back from first try out, bike handles superbly - very happy there.

climbing a bit more testing than im used to, probably the slacker head angle, but still got up everything.

hub - happy with it 50% of the time, otherwise im either backing of the power to engage the selected gear (especially when changing up), or its feeling a bit 'squishy'.
Interestingly, more squishy than my old 8sp alfine.

Will be taking it for a proper ride out tomorrow around Swinley so will give me more of a chance to get used to the hub - otherwise itll be relegated to winter hack use, or back up for sale whilst the inbred goes s/s!
