The Mother of all storms has just landed on Rhodes

I leave anything retro to the members of retrobike

even the locals are worried... :shock:

Been sniffing around the Alconbury recycle centre today, picked up a couple of Zaskars and a Record groupo. The bloke said I could take them as the usual fella that likes this sort of stuff is on holiday.

Friday's storm was biblical, it was larger than Rhodes itself and dumped about a months rain in one go. Woke up Saturday to the sound of diggers and drills as the locals made it all nice again.

Wish I'd managed to get some decent photos but the camera phone got wet...

Thats ironic! Stopped raining in Cornwall for the first time in four years.

Now it's flippin' loveerly, and most of the tourists have gone home.

Surely you can just pop down the road and haul an old, but perfectly functioning and once highly prized boiler from a skip?
