Just got this frame through today and started to build it up. I've done a little more than in the pics but I'll take more when I get a chance.
I like it as it (vaguely) resembles a GT with the triple triangle. I also like the interchangeable sliding dropouts :D

The build so far:
Identiti Mr. Hyde frame 19"
Manitou Sherman Firefly Forks, TF Tuned, 130mm
Mavic D521CD rims on XT disc hubs
Hayes Stroker Ryde hydro disc brakes
Hayes 203mm rotors
Avid front 203mm adaptor
Hope rear 203mm adaptor
Hayes Stroker levers
XT rear mech with Avid Rollamajig
XT front mech
LX shifters (soon to be XT?)
Specialized cranks with 42/32/22 rings (to be changed to Raceface Northshore cranks)
DMR V8 pedals (to be changed to V12's)
Azonic Shorty Deluxe 75mm stem
FSA Pig Pro headset
Woodman Ti qr's
Raceface Atlas 27.2mm seatpost with 27.2-30.4mm shim
WTB saddle
Lizard Skin leather protection patches

More updated to follow.......................

Updated pics.
Waiting for a shim to get the seatpost in and got to get a chain. Apart from that, it's nearly done.

Shim arrived, seatpost is in. Just for the chain..........
The rear wheel will be swapped for the one on my Voodoo so that I'll have matching black spokes (if I can catch the wheel I'm on the hunt for).

I like these. I looked at them when I got my Chameleon, but these were a bit heavier. I'd be interested to know how it rides when it's up and running. Looks fly!

How light is the Chameleon? I was very surprised at how light the Mr. Hyde is. Then again, I'm used to steel and full-suss frames.

Chameleon frame (2005, pre-EBB model) weighs in at something like 4.5 lbs. When I looked at the Mr Hyde, I think it was 5.5lbs. Although it was the older Hyde model with the big coffin gussets on the headtube - think the newer model like yours has been made lighter.

Updated pic. A few things to get tweaked, then I can get it out on the trails.

with a slight retro twist.

Quite right :D It's got the stem I couldn't afford when JMC was using them. £15 in the 'flood sale' in CRC :D
Mavic D521CD's , more or less minty. Problem is the wheel with the matching black spokes is on my Voodoo (for now).
