Put in a low offer on this. Want PayPal up front. So I asked fir an address to get someone to view the bike before I paid. Guess what? Wants to relist instead.

I just messaged the guy to warn him that by taking paypal and then having the bike collected there is no proof of delivery, and so he risks losing the bike and the money.
His response:
" I will make them leave feedback before they collect the bike"...

To be fair to him shouldn't u view it before you put the offer in?.... If he accepted the offer you would be obliged to buy then...so should really view first...just eBay rules...right or wrong they may be!
