It's obviously a belt-drive. :D
It has a bolt that attaches the seatstay to the dropout (bolt is in the tube so would only be visible when looking up from the ground).

The idea of the stem is that it's ahead with invisible clamping onto the fork, this is allowed by a hole in the front of the stem through which you can tighten a bolt that is on the inside of the stem. The bars clamp in with one visible bolt. There's also a pulley inside the stem for the front brake cable, this allows a clean cable routing as I don't want the cable to stick out above the bars and I don't want to use a cable hanger.

The seat tube reaches all the way up to the saddle, this allows the rear brake cable to pass through the seat tube which in this manner serves as the 'canti-bridge' The rear brake cable is internally routed through the top tube.
Nice and clean.
