hydraulic hose mount question?

i am fitting hayes sole brakes to my old gt hardtail and i have a problem.....

whilst doing a mock up of the bike i have noted i am not going to be able to run the new hoses in the old cable guides but i have seen adaptors for these? (or am i going daft?!)

anyone help me?

Problem Solvers Hydraulic Disc Brake Cable Guides ........... They are fairly cheap however the shipping from the US may be a bit costly. I would use this as a reference and ask your local shop if they can track them down for you.

my Zaska runs magura rim brakes and the rear line is held in place by a wire run between the two cable mount under tension with the hose shrink wrapped to it, it was fitted by the shop who installed the brakes, but i cant find it on any of the online shops i have listed [/url]
