Hubset delima - advice needed

I'm new here but I am hoping to get a few educated opinions. I am building up a 1994 GT Xizang. I want to use it for riding so I am vasilating between the hub sets I have for the wheel build.

Hubset #1 Black GT hubs, good condition but research tells me these have had problems in the past and Hadley no longer has the support pieces for them - I called them today... nice people!

Hubset #2 White industries that I believe came off a buddies Zaskar back in the 90's. currently dirty but they should shine up nice.

Hubset #3 is GT hubs like the black ones but they are red and I know they are the 3 pawl design (no pics yet) but these came off a Zaskar I bought in the mid 90's

Any advice would be helpful, I want to build a nice (dependable) wheelset.

Thought for sure you guys would say use the gt hubs for a gt bike. Are the white industries really that much better than the GT's?
