Howsabout a Scott Yucatan

This is for a colleague, who saw my Sunn at work and mentioned "Oh, I'm about to sell my old bike, how much do you think it's worth?". Because, obviously, as an owner of a non-modern bike, I am immediately able to judge the value of a bike I've never seen and have no details of beyond "it's a scott"...

So, she sent me some photos, it appears to be a Scott Yucatan, after looking through some old catlogues it appears to be from around 1996 (the point at which Scott started putting the model name on the top tube and ties in with the aheadset and "suspension" forks), but this is also the first year Scott didn't have the Yucatan in their catalogue...

It's equipped with "top gun" forks and what appears to be a bargain basement group (Altus chainset, at least, and the shifters look like cheap crap). According to the catalogues, the earlier Yucatans were supposed to be equipped Deore.

My guess is the only things worth saving are the frame, bars, ends and grips. But I've been wrong before. Your feelings?
